CelsiusPro, the parametric insurtech, has announced that it has appointed 15-year industry veteran Isa Ennadifi, formerly of global insurers Allianz and AXA and reinsurer SCOR, as its new Group Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO).

celsiuspro-logoEnnadifi has a strong track record in actuarial, underwriting, and alternative structuring, delivering innovative risk transfer solutions for clients worldwide.

Ennadifi joins CelsiusPro from Allianz, where she most recently served as Head of Sustainability Solutions within its Alternative Risk Transfer line of business, where she led the development of global strategies and innovative risk transfer offerings supporting clients’ net‑zero transition journeys and broader sustainability goals, including climate‑related parametric solutions.

Prior to joining Allianz, Ennadifi spent over four years at AXA Climate as the Head of UK & Lloyd’s and as a Senior Underwriter.

Additionally, Ennadifi also previously served as a Senior Underwriter for Structured Risk Solutions at AXA XL, a division of AXA.

As well as this, Ennadifi also previously worked at French reinsurer SCOR, where she spent more than six years with the firm in the capacities of Captive Solutions Underwriter & Structurer, Pricing Actuary, and Reserving Actuary.

Ennadifi serves on the Board of the Weather Risk Management Association and is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
